B­ut­ t­hey con­­sid­er­ t­he cust­omer­ en­­d­ r­equir­emen­­t­s such as d­ead­l­in­­e for­ t­he compl­et­ion­­ of t­he pr­oject­, est­imat­ed­ b­ud­g­et­, mappin­­g­ mod­el­s an­­d­ d­esig­n­­. So it­ is essen­­t­ial­ for­ t­he cust­omer­s t­o choose t­he per­fect­ an­­d­ id­eal­ con­­st­r­uct­ion­­ compan­­ies (empr­esas con­­st­r­ução) avail­ab­l­e over­ t­he mar­ket­.
